Chase a Cloud ("we," "us," or "our") develops and operates the mobile game Кало Змея: Гръм & Run (the "Game"). We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our players, especially children.

Кало Змея: Гръм & Run is a game made especially for children, and keeping our young players safe online is our highest priority. Because of this, our privacy practices are carefully designed to follow the strict safety standards set by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Google Play’s Families Policies, and Apple’s App Store Guidelines for the Kids Category.

1. No Personal Information Collected

We do not collect any personal, real-world identifying information from our players.

We do not ask for, collect, or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical locations, or device-specific advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID).

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect non-personal gameplay data and randomized, persistent internal identifiers solely to support the internal operations and essential functionality of the Game.

A. Gameplay Data & Live Remote Settings (via PlayFab)

We use Microsoft PlayFab to manage real-time game functions and events. Through PlayFab, we process:

Real-time Configuration Data: Temporary boolean flags (true/false values) sent to your device to enable or disable in-game events without requiring a full app store update.
Leaderboards & Custom Attributes: High scores, player-provided custom character names (which must not contain real names), and chosen player Teams.

B. Analytics and Performance Tracking (via GameAnalytics)

We use GameAnalytics, a child-safe analytics provider certified by the kidSAFE COPPA Seal program, to evaluate how players interact with the Game. This data includes:

Score tracking per run.
Amount of in-game currency collected per run.
Skin selections chosen prior to a match.
Technical spawn rates of certain in-game items (e.g., banners, buildings).

Apple App Privacy Definitions (Privacy Nutrition Labels)

For the purpose of Apple's App Privacy transparency labels, all data processed by our third-party SDKs falls under Gameplay Content, Usage Data, and Diagnostics.

Data Not Linked to You: All collected data is randomized, lacks direct or structural identifiers, and is not linked to individual user accounts, Apple Accounts, or real-world identities.
Data Not Used for Tracking: We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not share or sell data to data brokers or ad networks.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties except for our trusted service providers who help us run the game. These providers are contractually bound to use the data only to provide operational services to us:

We do not feature any third-party ad networks, social media logins, iCloud/Google Cloud saves, or in-app purchases.

Because we only store gameplay statistics and randomized player IDs, no sensitive real-world data is at risk. We retain leaderboard scores and gameplay analytics only for as long as necessary to maintain the game's operational services.

5. Your Rights (Parents and Guardians)

Parents and guardians retain full control over their children's data. You have the right to:

Review the data processed from your child's gameplay instance.
Request the permanent deletion of your child’s game records (such as custom leaderboard names and high scores).
Refuse further collection or use of the gameplay data.
